DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

Returns
Faulty or  incorrectly supplied goods may be returned for a refund. Please return item(s) in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for postal charges incurred while returning the item except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service.

Send an email to info@temadcollections.com  with (Subject Reference: Return Request) within 2-3 days of receiving your item informing us about your intention to return/exchange and we will process a return and advise you on how to proceed.

 

Refunds
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender. For international customers, please send your return via an insured, traceable method using your normal postal service and mark your package clearly as returned goods to avoid delays at customs. Please retain your shipping documentation.

Exchange
If you exchange the same item for a different size it will be shipped free of charge. However, if you wish to exchange the item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately. You would be required to complete your return with a receipt. 

Eligible Return
Once we have received your item and inspected its condition, you will receive an email notifying you that your return is now being processed if your item meets inspection criteria for returns. You will also be informed about how long it will take for you money to be returned to your card – usually within 7 working days.

  • For Clearance/Sale items, a Store credit will be issued to be used towards another purchase.
  • Refunds for full-priced items will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item, however your refund may take up to 14 business days for your bank to process the transaction.  
  • Customers are responsible for getting the items back to us in same conditions as received.
